NIAGARA INTERNATIONAL SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT

NISE is being developed in three phases, starting with a Phase I that includes 350,000 sq. ft. of event space featuring two 96,000 sq. ft. metal sports venues of new construction and about 313,000 sq. ft. of existing mall space. This initial Phase will include batting cages, a fitness club, sports bar & restaurant, a microbrewery, 155,000 sq. ft. activity park and an outdoor 13 sports field complex. The Event Centers will also host sporting events, trade shows, conventions, concerts, etc.

Owner Zoran Cocov envisions a must see/must visit all-weather sports and recreation facility, for regular use by residents of the region, with enough scale and attractive activities to entertain visitors to the region. It will include both indoor and outdoor fields, activities, and attractions.

The  Niagara International Sports & Entertainment Center, NISE, is being  developed as Western New York’s premier destination for team sports,  athletic training and special events. NISE seeks to inspire active lives for all ages, elevate performance and create community connections  through competition, conditioning and collaboration.

The Niagara International Sports & Entertainment Complex will transform a derelict 1,000,000-square foot shopping mall into a world-class sports and activity facility.

The developers project approximately 990,000 visitors to the athletic functions currently committed. This includes the athletes, coaches, friends, families and other walk- in event related (spectators, administrators etc.) traffic. This attendance number will expand significantly as more events (both athletic and non-athletic) are integrated.

Happy clients about us

My husband and I both loved this exhibit! The photos were stunning, mesmerizing and very educational. Not only were we amazed by the information about Arctic wildlife but also found it interesting to learn about the science and technology involved in creating these photos. We can recommend it highly.

ARTIC: A Man Under the Ice far exceeded my expectations. I did wonder at the beginning if it would be worth the ticket price & it certainly was. The exhibit was a good mix of video & photos thoughtfully placed throughout the exhibit space. I was fortunate enough to get a seat to watch all the videos from start to finish. The Artic is someplace I am unlikely to visit in person, so being transported there for over an hour was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

We had a wonderful experience at this exhibit! Interactive water to feel the frigided temps that the diver experiences each time he goes into the water. You really have to appreciate the time and effort it took to make this experience possible and the look into parts of our environment that are unknown to everyday people. 10/10 recommend.
